Connecticut General Statutes Title 7. Municipalities § 7-329e. Investigations

Each port authority may make any investigation which it may deem necessary to enable it effectually to carry out the provisions of sections 7-329a to 7-329f,  1 inclusive. The port authority may enter upon any lands as in its judgment may be necessary for the purpose of making surveys and examinations to accomplish any purpose authorized by said sections.
