Connecticut General Statutes Title 7. Municipalities § 7-314c. Assumption of liability by the state for volunteer firefighters

The liability of a municipality shall not be affected by the implementation of sections 7-314a and 7-314b due to the assumption of liability by the state for benefits paid pursuant to the provisions of chapter 568  1 for volunteer firefighters.
