Connecticut General Statutes Title 7. Municipalities § 7-204a. Enforcement of municipal parking regulations

Any municipality may, by ordinance adopted by its legislative body or, where the legislative body is a town meeting, by the board of selectmen, authorize the parking authority of such municipality to (1) enforce the parking regulations of such municipality, and (2) receive the amount remitted to the municipality for parking regulations under subsection (b) of section 51-56a.
