Every organization desiring to apply for a permit under subsection (d) of section 7-169 to operate bingo games shall, before making any such application, register with the municipal official on forms furnished by the municipal official and secure an identification number. All applications for permits, amendment of permits, reports and any other papers relating to games of bingo shall bear the identification number of the organization involved.
