Connecticut General Statutes Title 46B. Family Law § 46b-208. Powers of support service investigators

The support service investigators of Support Enforcement Services of the Superior Court shall, while acting within the scope of their duties as such, pursuant to matters under sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive, have the powers of service and of execution of summons and orders for withholding, and the conduct of investigations.
