If a conserved person, as defined in section 45a-644, notifies the Probate Court in any manner that the conserved person wants to attend a hearing pursuant to sections 45a-644 to 45a-663, inclusive, but is unable to do so, the Probate Court shall schedule the hearing at a place that would facilitate attendance by the conserved person.
