Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Commissioner of Consumer Protection pursuant to section 42-470 or 42-471, as applicable, section 42-471a, sections 42-472 to 42-472c, inclusive, or any regulation adopted pursuant to section 42-472d, may appeal in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54. 1
