Connecticut General Statutes Title 42. Business, Selling, Trading and Collection Practices § 42-430. Administrative enforcement

The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall enforce the provisions of sections 42-270 to 42-271a, inclusive, and 42-390 to 42-434, inclusive.  For this purpose, the commissioner has the power and is entitled to the remedies provided in the Unfair Trade Practices Act, chapter 735a.   1
