Connecticut General Statutes Title 36A. The Banking Law of Connecticut § 36a-24c. Location of activity pursuant to a license or registration

The Banking Commissioner may, by order, establish a process to permit individuals engaging in an activity pursuant to a license or registration issued by the commissioner under title 36a to conduct such activity from a location other than an office location licensed on the system, as defined in section 36a-2.
