Connecticut General Statutes Title 34. Limited Partnerships, Partnerships, Professional Associations, Limited Liability Companies and Statutory Trusts § 34-243t. Reservation of power to amend or repeal

The Connecticut General Assembly has power to amend or repeal all or part of sections 34-243 to 34-283d, inclusive, at any time, and all limited liability companies and foreign limited liability companies subject to sections 34-243 to 34-283d, inclusive, are governed by such amendment or repeal.
