Connecticut General Statutes Title 31. Labor § 31-256. Application for advances to Unemployment Trust Fund

The administrator is authorized to apply for such advances to the account of the state of Connecticut in the Unemployment Trust Fund to which it may be entitled in accordance with the provisions of Title XII of the Federal Social Security Act (Section 401 of the War Mobilization and Reconversion Act of 1944, Public Law 458)  1 under the terms and conditions as therein set forth.
