Connecticut General Statutes Title 31. Labor § 31-11o. Governor’s Workforce Council to act as state-wide workforce development board

The Governor's Workforce Council established under section 31-3h is hereby recognized as the state-wide workforce development board for purposes of complying with the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, P.L. 113-128, as amended from time to time.
