A nonprofit golf tournament permit shall allow the retail sale of alcoholic liquor to be consumed on the premises of a golf country club at which a golf tournament, sponsored by an organization that is exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) or Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 1 or any subsequent corresponding internal revenue code of the United States, as from time to time amended, is being conducted. Such permit shall be issued to any such organization for a period not to exceed eight days. Only one such permit shall be issued in any calendar year. Such permit shall allow the operation of not more than twenty-five consumer bars on the grounds of a golf country club. The fee for a nonprofit golf tournament permit shall be two hundred fifty dollars.
