With the approval of the Department of Administrative Services, the American Legion may utilize office space in state-owned or state-leased buildings, subject to reasonable office rental or lease costs. On and after July 1, 2014, with the approval of the Department of Administrative Services and the Office of Policy and Management, the American Legion shall not be charged for offices in locations where such space was provided on an in-kind basis as of June 30, 2014.
