Connecticut General Statutes Title 22A. Environmental Protection § 22a-905b. Mattress stewardship program: Charging of fee and acceptance restriction by covered entity

Upon implementation of the mattress stewardship program described in section 22a-905a, any covered entity that participates in such program shall not charge for the receipt of discarded mattresses that are discarded in this state provided covered entities may charge a fee for providing the service of collecting mattresses and may restrict the acceptance of mattresses by number, source or physical condition.
