Connecticut General Statutes Title 22A. Environmental Protection § 22a-605. Regulations

The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall adopt regulations pursuant to chapter 54  1 to carry out the notification provisions of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. 2 Such regulations shall include procedures for initial, second and final notice to owners or operators of facilities of suspected violation of said act.
