Nothing contained in sections 22a-134qq to 22a-134vv, inclusive, shall be construed to infringe upon or otherwise limit any liability limitations or protections for persons provided for under any provision of the general statutes. Nothing contained in sections 22a-134qq to 22a-134vv, inclusive, shall be construed to authorize the use or application of the innocent landowner defense, established pursuant to section 22a-452d, to the provisions of sections 22a-134qq to 22a-134vv, inclusive.
