A permit to sell nonlegend drugs issued under section 20-624 may be revoked or suspended by the commission for any violation of the provisions of chapter 419  1 or of sections 20-570 to 20-630, inclusive, or for any violation of any federal law concerning the sale or offer for sale of any nonlegend drug, or for the violation of any regulation concerning the sale or offer for sale of any nonlegend drugs.
