(a) The Department of Consumer Protection shall issue to each certified and provisionally licensed appraiser a certificate or provisional license, as the case may be, in such size and form as it determines, evidencing the real estate appraiser's status.
(b) A fee of twenty-five dollars shall be paid to the commission for the issuance of a proof of certification or provisional licensing or a duplicate certification or provisional license.
