Connecticut General Statutes Title 19A. Public Health and Well-Being § 19a-670. Unit to report on review and financial stability of hospitals

The unit shall, by September first of each year, report the results of the unit's review of the hospitals' annual and twelve-month filings under sections 19a-644, 19a-649 and 19a-676 for the previous hospital fiscal year to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public health. The report shall include information concerning the financial stability of hospitals in a competitive market.
