Connecticut General Statutes Title 19A. Public Health and Well-Being § 19a-563a. Provision of emergency plan of operations by nursing homes and dementia special care units to their political subdivision of this state

On or before January 1, 2022, the administrative head of each nursing home and each dementia special care unit shall provide its emergency plan of operations to the political subdivision of this state in which it is located for purposes of the development of the emergency plan of operations for such political subdivision of this state required pursuant to the Interstate Mutual Aid Compact made and entered into under section 28-22a.
