On or before January 1, 2022, the administrative head of each nursing home and each dementia special care unit shall provide its emergency plan of operations to the political subdivision of this state in which it is located for purposes of the development of the emergency plan of operations for such political subdivision of this state required pursuant to the Interstate Mutual Aid Compact made and entered into under section 28-22a.
