If the commissioner or the Attorney General denies an application filed pursuant to subsection (d) of section 19a-486a, or approves it with modification, the nonprofit hospital or the purchaser may appeal such decision in the same manner as provided in section 4-183, provided that nothing in sections 19a-486 to 19a-486f, inclusive, shall be construed to apply the provisions of chapter 54 1 to the proceedings of the Attorney General.
