The Commissioner of Public Health shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, 1 specifying the methods of reporting, recording, issuing, maintaining, indexing, correcting and amending vital records and statistics collected under the provisions of sections 19a-42 to 19a-45, inclusive, chapter 93 2 or chapter 815e. 3 The commissioner shall develop such forms, formats and uniform procedures as the commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 19a-42 to 19a-45, inclusive, chapter 93 and chapter 815e.
