Connecticut General Statutes Title 19A. Public Health and Well-Being § 19a-34. Administration of federal funds for hospital survey and construction

The Department of Public Health is designated as the state agency to administer the Hospital Survey and Construction Act authorized under Title VI, Construction of Hospitals, of the Public Health Service Act, as amended,  1 and shall receive and distribute federal, state and other funds which may become available for such services.
