Connecticut General Statutes Title 18. Correctional Institutions and Department of Correction § 18-81u. Use of computer with Internet access by certain inmates prohibited

The Commissioner of Correction shall prohibit any person who has been convicted of a crime that requires registration pursuant to chapter 969  1 from using a computer with Internet access while such person is in the custody of the commissioner and confined in a correctional facility.
