The Commissioner of Social Services shall review whether a parent or needy caretaker relative, who qualifies for Medicaid coverage under Section 1931 of the Social Security Act 1 and is no longer eligible on and after January 1, 2018, remains eligible for Medicaid under the same or a different category of coverage before terminating coverage.
