Upon commencement of any action brought under section 17b-261q or 17b-261r, a nursing home facility shall mail a copy of the complaint to the Attorney General and the Commissioner of Social Services and, upon entry of any judgment or decree in the action, shall mail a copy of such judgment or decree to the Attorney General and the Commissioner of Social Services.
