On and after June 6, 2014, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection shall review the vegetation management practices of each electric distribution company. Not later than one year after the final decision has been issued by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority for the docket described in subsection (c) of section 16-32h, and every two years thereafter, the authority shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to energy. Such report shall include a review of the vegetation management practices of each electric distribution company.
