Not later than February 1, 2024, and annually thereafter, the Department of Transportation shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation, concerning the status of plans submitted by municipalities pursuant to section 14-307e. Such report shall, at a minimum, (1) list the municipalities that submitted such plans during the previous year, (2) identify which plans the department approved, and (3) identify which plans the department disapproved and provide the reasoning for each such disapproval.
