(a) Any person who is the owner or becomes the owner of a motor vehicle formerly used as a school bus who discontinues the use of such vehicle for the transportation of school children as stated in sections 14-275 and 14-280 shall cause the same to be painted another color, readily distinguishable from “National School Bus Chrome”.
(b) Violation of any provision of this section shall be an infraction.
