(a) During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005, the sum of five million dollars shall be expended from the Transportation Strategy Board projects account to support the New Haven Line revitalization program undertaken pursuant to subsections (a), (b) and (c) of this section and sections 13b-78k, 13b-78m and 13b-78n. The funds shall remain available until expended.
(b) During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, the sum of twenty million dollars shall be expended from the Transportation Strategy Board projects account to support the New Haven Line revitalization program undertaken pursuant to public act 05-4 of the June special session. The funds shall remain available until expended.
(c) During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007, the sum of fifteen million dollars shall be expended from the Transportation Strategy Board projects account to support the New Haven Line revitalization program undertaken pursuant to public act 05-4 of the June special session. The funds shall remain available until expended.
(d) From the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, inclusive, the sum of fifteen million dollars shall be expended from the Transportation Strategy Board projects account to support the New Haven Line Revitalization program undertaken pursuant to public act 05-4 of the June special session. The funds shall remain available until expended.
