Connecticut General Statutes Title 13B. Transportation § 13b-4b. Commissioner's duties and responsibilities re railroads

Wherever the term “Public Utilities Regulatory Authority” occurs or is referred to in chapters 245,  1 245a  2 and 245b  3 relating to the duties and responsibilities of said authority, it shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Commissioner of Transportation.
