Connecticut General Statutes Title 13B. Transportation § 13b-45. Publication of standards applicable in taking of land

Before exercising any of the powers conferred in sections 13b-43 and 13b-44, the executive director shall establish and publish in detailed form, available to the public, the standards the executive director has adopted and will apply in making a determination that public convenience and necessity require the taking by the Commissioner of Transportation of any parcel of land or interest in such land.
