Connecticut General Statutes Title 13B. Transportation § 13b-38t. Assistance to Department of Transportation from Labor Commissioner

The Labor Commissioner shall, upon request of the Commissioner of Transportation, supply such information as is necessary to assist the Department of Transportation in carrying out its responsibilities under section 13b-38p and the Clean Air Act. 1
