Not later than January 1, 2024, the Department of Transportation shall develop, and thereafter revise as necessary, a notice concerning the availability of training programs funded by the department that provide instruction on how to safely use commuter railroad systems and public transit services and submit such notice to the Department of Developmental Services and the State Education Resource Center, established under section 10-357a. The Department of Developmental Services shall provide such notice to the department's service providers. The State Education Resource Center shall publish such notice on its Internet web site.
