The Department of Motor Vehicles shall provide the Department of Transportation and any vendor with information regarding the owner of a motor vehicle identified by a work zone speed control system as allegedly violating the provisions of section 13a-263. Such information shall include, but need not be limited to, the make and number plate of such motor vehicle and the name and address of the owner of such motor vehicle.
