Each holder of a master wagering license under section 12-852 shall contribute, in each fiscal year that such holder has such license, five hundred thousand dollars to support problem gambling programs in this state, any portion of which may be made to the state for deposit in the chronic gamblers treatment rehabilitation account created pursuant to section 17a-713 or to a nonprofit entity or nonprofit entities with programs to support problem gambling. Such contribution shall be reduced pro rata in any fiscal year that the licensee did not hold such license for the entirety of the fiscal year. Each licensee shall submit to the department, on an annual basis and as a condition of continued licensure, information regarding the recipients of the contribution required by this section.
