Connecticut General Statutes Title 10A. State System of Higher Education § 10a-55j. Tracking of state-assigned student identifiers

Each public institution of higher education and each independent institution of higher education that receives state funding shall track the state-assigned student identifiers, that are assigned by the Department of Education to public school students, of all in-state students of such institution until such students graduate from or terminate enrollment at such institution.
