Connecticut General Statutes Title 10A. State System of Higher Education § 10a-55ff. Information regarding the supplemental nutrition assistance program

Each public institution of higher education shall annually notify students by any means of communication, including, but not limited to, electronic mail, regarding the supplemental nutrition assistance program pursuant to the federal Food and Nutrition Act of 2008,  1 as amended from time to time, including, but not limited to, (1) the qualification requirements for such program, (2) the application procedure for such program, and (3) where to obtain assistance in completing an application for such program.
