Connecticut General Statutes Title 10. Education and Culture § 10-208a. Physical activity of student restricted; boards to honor notice

Each local and regional board of education shall honor written notice submitted by a licensed practitioner which places physical restrictions upon any pupil enrolled in the public schools of such board of education. For purposes of this section, licensed practitioner means any person who is licensed to practice under chapter 370,  1 372,  2 373  3 or 375  4 or section 20-94a.
