The executive director shall report on the assistance program and the clinical program as part of the department's annual reporting under the “State Measurement for Accountable, Responsive, and Transparent (SMART) Government Act”, part 2 of article 7 of title 2. The executive director shall include in the report pursuant to this section information included in the reports submitted to the executive director pursuant to sections 8-87-102(4) and 8-87-103(7) and information regarding any progress made pursuant to section 8-87-103(3)(b)(III) in addressing barriers international medical graduates face in securing positions in medical residency programs.
