Colorado Revised Statutes Title 8. Labor and Industry § 8-70-143. Applicability of legislation

Legislation which amends, repeals, or adds to the provisions of articles 70 to 82 of this title shall become applicable to unemployment compensation claims on the first day (Sunday) of the first calendar week subsequent to the effective date of such legislation unless a different applicability date is specifically provided for by the general assembly.
