Colorado Revised Statutes Title 8. Labor and Industry § 8-70-139. Employment does not include--insurance agents

“Employment” does not include services performed by an individual for a person as an insurance agent or an insurance solicitor, if all such services performed by such individual for such person are performed for remuneration solely by way of commission.
