Colorado Revised Statutes Title 8. Labor and Industry § 8-46-305. Receipt and disbursement of moneys

All moneys collected by the division pursuant to the provisions of this part 3 shall be transmitted to the state treasurer who shall deposit the same to the credit of the medical disaster insurance fund, and all disbursements therefrom shall be paid by the state treasurer in accordance with and subject to final awards of the director, as provided in this article.
