Colorado Revised Statutes Title 8. Labor and Industry § 8-46-212. Closure of fund

Effective July 1, 1981, no further cases shall be accepted into the major medical insurance fund for injuries or occupational diseases occurring after that date, nor shall any cases be transferred from the medical disaster insurance fund to the major medical insurance fund.
