Colorado Revised Statutes Title 44. Activities Regulated by the Department of Revenue § 44-30-810. Employee twenty-one years or older required on premises

A retail licensee shall have one employee who is at least twenty-one years of age on the premises during the hours limited gaming is conducted and within full view and control of any limited gaming activity conducted on the premises pursuant to the license obtained.
