Colorado Revised Statutes Title 44. Activities Regulated by the Department of Revenue § 44-10-302. Local license fees--medical marijuana

(1) Each application for a local license for a medical marijuana business provided for in section 44-10-301(1) filed with a local licensing authority must be accompanied by an application fee in an amount determined by the local licensing authority.

(2) License fees as determined by the local licensing authority must be paid to the treasurer of the municipality, city and county, or county where the licensed premises is located in advance of the approval, denial, or renewal of the license.
