Colorado Revised Statutes Title 43. Transportation § 43-1-221. Proceeds from sale of bonds

The proceeds from the sale of any bonds that may be authorized for state highways shall be expended only for such purposes as are specified in the law authorizing the issue of the bonds and not more than ten percent of any bond issue for administrative and engineering purposes.
