All certificates subsequent to the first shall be in like form, except that they shall be entitled “Transfer from No. ․․․․․․․” (the number of the next previous certificate relating to the same land), and shall also contain the words “Originally registered on the ․․․․․․․․․․․․․․ day of ․․․․․․․․․․․․․․, 20․․․․, and entered in book ․․․․․․․․, at page ․․․․․․․․ of register”.
