Every certificate of the acknowledgment or proof of any deed, bond, agreement, power of attorney, or other writing for the conveyance of real estate, or any interest therein or affecting title thereto, shall be subscribed by the officer certifying the same with his proper hand and shall be endorsed upon or attached to such deed or other writing.
